Citrus Honours T&C

  1. To apply for membership, an individual must fill in the "Enrolment form", complete in all respects.
  2. The Citrus Honours membership is not transferable and its benefits and privileges can be availed only by the member.
  3. Membership is valid up to 31st December 2013 and may be renewed by the management at its sole discretion.
  4. Citrus Hotels reserve the right to refuse membership to any applicant or revoke membership of any member at its discretion without assigning any reason.
  5. Citrus Hotels reserves the right to modify or close the "Program" or any part thereof at any time and also reserves the right to adjust the value of the points or the discount percentages when necessary at any time without notice or assigning any reason with or without prior notification.
  6. Citrus Honours points will be credited to the member account for all materialized bookings based on room nights, valid at all participating hotels. Points will not be awarded for any no-shows or duplicate bookings made directly by the guest or by any other "Citrus Honours" member.
  7. For Long Staying Guests points can be earned up to 30 room nights only.
  8. For Redemption (Gift Cards) will not be reissued or resent if stolen, destroyed or otherwise lost.
  9. Redemptions are subject to availability and advance booking is required. Redemptions are subject to availability and the products will be delivered between 25-30 days from date of booking.
  10. Fraud or abuse of the Citrus Honours program is subject to appropriate administrative or legal action by Citrus Hotels, including termination of membership.
  11. Once redemption is processed, no changes will be allowed.
  12. Citrus Hotels holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality of the goods and services ordered by the members through third parties and will not be responsible if the goods/services are in any way defective, deficient or otherwise unsatisfactory.
  13. By enrolling into the program, the member authorizes Citrus Hotels to use the data captured of the member for communication purposes.
  14. The images shown are just indicative of the product being offered, the actual product may vary from the displayed image.
  15. Though all due care is exercised by Citrus Hotels to ensure that the product being dispatched should be free from defects, but still in case of any defect in the products Citrus Hotels is not & cannot be held responsible for defective products being shipped.
  16. In case of defective product the person redeeming the product has to directly co-ordinate with the manufacturer to avail warranty/repairs. At our sole discretion, Citrus Hotels will facilitate the member to avail warranty to the every extent possible for Citrus Hotels.
  17. Entry into the Citrus Honours Program is deemed acceptance of all terms and conditions therein.
